摘要
文章提出参数化特征元的概念 ,并将特征元划分为基体特征元、基本特征元和专用特征元三种。基于参数化特征元的快速设计就是扩大基于特征设计的范畴 ,为满足CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM集成的需求 ,向用户提供一个高层次的快速设计环境 ,使产品的设计和生产准备的各个环节并行展开 ,同时可以在网络上发布参数化的特征元库以达到信息共享和信息流畅 ,加快产品的设计速度。
The concept of parameter feature unit is presented, and the feature unit is divided into base feature unit, basic feature unit and customization feature unit in the paper. The design based on parameter feature unit is to extend the category of feature design, and to provide a rapid design environment, in which CAD users can design products at feature unit model with higher levels. The design methodology can satisfy the requirements of CAD/CAE /CAPP/CAM integration to make all phases of design and production preparation evolve in parallel, to achieve information share and fluency, to increase design speed and rate.
