肾脏尿酸盐转运体的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 近年来研究证实通过肾皮质细胞膜的尿酸转运通过两种转运体 ,即电中性的阴离子转运体和产电的尿酸盐转运体。人们发现 4种蛋白参与了尿酸盐的转运过程 ,尿酸盐阴离子交换器参与了尿酸盐的重吸收过程 ,有机阴离子转运体 (OAT) 1和OAT3可能介导尿酸盐由细胞入血 ,尿酸盐单向转运体参与分泌过程。对这些蛋白的研究可以揭示痛风及高尿酸血症的分子机制 ,对疾病防治有重要意义。文中介绍了尿酸盐转运体的基因定位、组织分布及结构功能的研究现状。
