Cbfα1:成骨细胞分化的关键转录因子 被引量:2

摘要 核心结合因子α1(Cbfα1)是从属于runt结构域基因家族的转录因子 ,可结合于小鼠骨钙素基因 2启动子区成骨细胞特异顺式作用元件 ,并激活该基因的转录 ,此外Cbfα1还可调节成骨细胞中多个基因的表达。研究发现 ,Cbfα1过两个阶段发挥对骨形成的调节作用 :其一为胚胎期骨细胞的界定 ,其二为出生后成骨细胞的进一步分化、成熟。另外 ,Cbfα1可能通过影响核因子κB受体活化因子配体 (RANKL)的mRNA水平而调节破骨细胞的骨吸收功能。因此Cbfα1是调节成骨细胞分化和骨形成的关键转录因子。
