摘要
本文对松籽壳体的5个工程特性参数进行了测试;对6种不同含水率的松籽进行了沿宽度方向加载的压缩破坏试验。结果表明,破壳力随着含水率的增加而降低,壳体变形没有显著变化;对测试数据进行非线性回归分析,找出了含水率对破壳力的影响规律。本文结论可为坚壳果脱壳机具的设计提供技术参考。
In this paper five kinds of engineering specific property parameters of pineal shell and specific destruction under compression along the shell 's width for six kinds of moisture contents were tested. The results indicated that the crushing force decreased and there was not notable effect on deformation with increasing moisture content. The data were handled by nonlinea regression analysis. This paper provided some reasonable parameters for designing a pineal shell crusher.
