摘要
RTM工艺成型过程中树脂对纤维增强体的浸润是非常重要的,浸润不好将导致RTM成型复合材料中产生缺陷,这将降低复合材料的力学性能.在RTM成型过程中采用了超声处理技术,探讨了超声处理对树脂的黏度、表面张力、RTM工艺成型浸润性及复合材料的力学性能的影响.实验结果表明:超声处理使树脂的黏度和表面张力降低,RTM浸润性改善显著,从而提高了复合材料的力学性能.
The weak impregnation will result in the formation of traps in the composites because the impregnation of the resin to fiber reinforcement is one of the major factors during the filling process of RTM. It will degrade mechanical performance of the composites. Ultrasonic technology is adapted during the RTM process, and the effect of ultrasonic treatment on the viscosity and surface tension of resin, RTM impregnation and bend property of composite is studied. The results show that ultrasonic treatment degrades the viscosity and surface tension of resin and improves RTM impregnation, which enhances the bend property of RTM composites.
