摘要
结合消失模铸造产品CAD/CAM研发和生产案例,总结大口径薄壁壳体类铸铁产品用消失模铸造工艺的设计技巧和制造措施,文中亦对生产成本进行了核算,并就如何提高消失模铸造产品的性能价格比作了积极的探索。
With the cases of producing and researching on CAD/CAM for expendable pattern casting production,it summarized that shell cast iron production with large calibre thin wall applied the skill of designing and measuring of expendable pattern casting foundry technique, in which it accounted the production cost too, and has exploreded how to enhance capability and the rate of expendable pattern casting production.
