摘要
对金山店铁矿选矿厂的自磨排矿 -15mm矿石进行了阶段磨矿、阶段选别工艺试验 ,结果表明 ,可抛除作业产率为 3 9.5 % ,含铁 9.5 5 %左右的尾矿 ,提高磨机的处理能力 ,节能降耗 ;改善了入选物料的分选性质 ,有利于提高铁精矿的质量。
A test is made of multistage grinding magnetic separation of -15 mm autogenous mill discharge of Jinshandian Mine. In the first stage, 39.5% of tailings assaying 9.55% Fe is discarded, which can increase secondary mill's capacity and reduce secondary mill's energy consumption. The improvement in separating characteristics of secondary mill feed is favorable for upgrading iron concentrate.
