摘要
目的 :研究白细胞介素 - 6 (IL- 6 )、白细胞介素 - 10 (IL- 10 )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF- α)在 AITD患者治疗前后的水平 ,以探讨细胞因子对自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (AITD)的影响。方法 :测定 Graves病 (GD)、桥本氏病 (HT)患者治疗前后血清 IL- 6、IL- 10、TNF- α水平 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :IL- 6在 GD组增高 ,而在 HT组降低。IL- 10只在 GD组显著增高 ,TNF- α在 GD、HT组均增高。且 IL- 6水平与病情变化相关 ,TNF- α则与 TM、TG相关。结论 :细胞因子与 AITD免疫异常及病理生理过程有密切关系。
Objective:To study the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum of patients with AITD before and after treatment,to investigate the effects of the cytokines in AITD.Methods:To measure the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α in serum of patients with Graves disease(GD) and Hashimoto′s thyroiditis (HT) before and after treatment respectively, and to analysis the results in statistical methods.Results:IL-6 was detected to increase in GD group and decrease in HT group. And IL-10 only increased in GD group obviously,while TNF-α increased both in GD and HT group. Moreover, IL-6 level was found to be tightly related with diseases changes, and TNF-αis related with TM and TG.Conclusions:Cytokines have a close relationship with immune abnormal phenomenon and the pathology process in AITD.
