摘要
在碱性介质中 ,氢化可的松可被Fe(CN) 3 -6氧化产生化学发光 ,奎宁对此发光反应有显著的增敏作用。据此 ,建立了反相流动注射 化学发光法测定氢化可的松的新方法。方法的线性范围和检出限分别为0 0 5~ 5 0mg/L和 0 .0 2mg/L ,相对标准偏差 (n =11,C =1.0mg/L)为 0 .9%。方法用于药物中氢化可的松含量的测定 。
A new reverse flow injection chemiluminescence ( CL) method for the determination of hydrocortisone is described. The method is based on CL reaction of hydrocortisone with hexacyanoferrate(III) intensely sensitized by quinine in alkaline medium. The linear range of the method is 0.01 similar to 50 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.02 mg/L. The RSD (n = 11 c = 1. 0 mg/L) is 0.9%. The method has been used to determine hydrocortisone in medicine. The results accord with those of spectrophotometric method.
