摘要 探讨整合子在细菌耐药性的获得及传递中的作用。方法 :采用膜接合试验。结果 :菌株之间的接合频率在 1 0 - 1~ 1 0 - 5之间。结论 :整合子可发生水平传递 ,同时整合子可捕获或丢失基因盒 ,造成耐药基因的水平播散。 Objective:To find out whether and to what extent the horizontal transfer of integrons contributed to the development of miltidrug resistance in foodborne strains.Methods:Conjugation experiments.Results:Conjugation rate among test strains was between 10 -1~10 -5.Conclusion:The gene cassettes gain or loss of integrons in the film mating conjugation indicates that the structure of integron could not as stable as had been suggested previously. The horizontal transfer mechanisms of integrons are complicate, which need more information to interprete.
