摘要
控爆拆除的一座七层砖结构住宅楼 ,紧邻需保护的电讯设施和厂房 ,安全问题十分突出。分析了该工程条件下楼房的爆破飞石、爆破震动、触地震动、爆堆的侧散和后坐对周围被保护物可能造成的危害 ,采取了开挖集渣坑的防范措施控制了触地震动 ,并且改变了爆堆的形状 ,使爆堆高度相对降低 ;采取堆积挡渣墙的防范措施来控制爆堆侧散 ,保证了楼房西侧被保护物的安全 ;采取了降低爆破高度和增大楼房支撑体宽度 ,控制了楼房后坐 ,保护了电讯设施。这些防范措施使楼房按设计倒塌 。
Security was an essential point because there were the safety of insured architectures and telecommunication services nearby controlled demolition building. Those potential damages are analyzed which caused by blasting slungshot, blasting vibration, touch down quake, disseminative deposit and backlash in collapsing this building. Excavating a big pit which loads residue is a preventive measure, which is shock absorption of touch down shake, remodels deposit figures and plays down height of deposit. Heaping blasting bulkhead is a preventive measure, which confined disseminative deposit and insured the safety of protected west side objects nearby controlled demolition building. Backlash is controlled by playing down height of burst and augmenting extent of under prop which insured telecommunication services. These corresponding preventive measures are taken, which insured the building demolishing according to design and insured the safety of architectures and telecommunication services nearby controlled demolition building.
