摘要
针对带内伸接管加强圈补强结构的圆柱形内压容器 ,以DXF格式文件为中介 ,用数学方法自动生成的有限元计算模型进行了三维线弹性有限元应力分析 ,得到了内压圆柱壳带内伸接管加强圈补强结构的应力分布规律。在接管与筒体相贯线最低处筒体内壁上的当量应力最大 ,应该作为设计中的主要控制参数。
For the cylindrical shells subject to internal pressure ,structure study of the reinforcing ring with inward nozzle is made by three-dimensional linear-elastic analysis. The stress distribution in this region is obtained. The finite element model is established automatically by mathematical method in DXF form. The peak stresses caused at the nozzle-to-shell inner corner should be used to determine the design fatigue life of the vessel. The design basis is provided for the reinforcing ring with inward nozzle.
