摘要
将生物技术引入膨胀土改良问题中,根据不同类型的膨胀土筛选出生命力强、能消除或显著减弱土的胀缩性,且能促进自然生态环境良性发展的菌种.通过调查发现可以利用某些微生物的助滤、疏水作用或改变粘土矿物表面电荷电性的特性,削减结合水膜的厚度,提高膨胀土的抗剪强度.
Biotechnology is introduced to the problem of expansive clay improvement. Some stronger life force microorganism, which can eliminate or lessen swell-shrinking property of expensive clay and promote the benign development of natural ecological environment, is culled according to the different type of expansive clay. Through investigating, the result shows that the thickness of contractile skin of expansive clay can be weakened and the shearing strength of expansive clay can be enhanced by utilizing certain microorganism characteristics, which include filtration performance, hydrophobic function or changing electric characteristics of the soil mineral surface.
