摘要
在网络时代,信息网络化是图书馆工作的必由之路,开展信息网络化服务是图书馆工作的发展方向,文献信息资源网络化是图书馆工作发展的必然趋势。新一代的图书馆员要具有比传统的图书馆员更高的素质,图书馆的特色服务依赖于本馆现实特色文献信息资源和网上信息资源,图书馆工作必须加强法制观念,体制改革应是图书馆界研究的重要问题。
In the network times, the information networking is the only way for the library work, providing the networking information service is the developing direction of the library work, the networking of the literature information resources is the inevitable trend of the library work, the new generation of the librarians should possess higher quality than that the traditional librarians possess, the special service of the library rely on the literature information resources of the library and the web information resources, the library work must strengthen the legal conception, and the system reform should be the important problem of the library circle.
