摘要
为了探讨常规浸提剂与通用浸提剂所浸提的相应元素测定值间的相关性和可互换性。对山西省晋中、忻州、临汾、大同、长治等地不同肥力水平的石灰性土壤,采集的0~20cm的土样40个,分别采用常规DTPA浸提剂和AB DTPA通用浸提剂浸提土壤样品中的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn等微量元素,用原子吸收分光光度法测定了浸提值的大小。然后采用回归分析方法对不同浸提方式下各元素的测定值进行模拟分析,建立了常规浸提测定值与通用浸提测定值之间的线性转换模型。经相关分析,用AB DTPA通用浸提剂浸效果达显著水平。
To explore the correlation and inter-convertibility of the extracted element contents between the conventional extraction method and the current extraction method, 400~20cm-deep soil samples were collected from calcareous soils with different fertility levels in Jinzhong city, Xinzhou city, Linfen city, Datong city, Changzhi city , from which the traceoelements such as Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn et al. were extracted respectively by the conventional DTPA method and the current AB-DTPA method. Then the atom absorption spectrophotometer was use to measure the content of the extracted traceelements and the regression analysis method was used to simulate the correlation of each trace element content between the conventional extraction method and the current one. Finally, the linear models were built up and the correlation test results were significant.
