摘要
目的研究青蒿琥酯外用对银屑病样小鼠模型的影响。方法采用鼠尾鳞片表皮鼠阴道上皮实验模型,观察青蒿琥酯溶液外用对鼠尾鳞片及阴道上皮细胞分裂的影响。结果1.5%青蒿琥酯溶液与乐肤液一样,具有显著抑制阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,促进表皮颗粒层生成的作用。结论提示1.5%青蒿琥酯溶液外用可能可以治疗银屑病。
Objective To investigate the effects of artesunate in topical treatment on mice’s psoriasis like animal model.Methods The effect of artesunate on granular layer mouse tail scale epidermis and the epithelial mitosis were observed by Longitudinal histological sections prepared from the tail skin and vaginal epithelium.Results Both 1.5% artesunate and 0.1% halcinonided solution possessed significant inhibiting effect on mouse vaginal epithelial mitosis and a significant promoting effect on the formation of granular layer in mouse tail scale epidermis.Conclusion 1.5% artesunate in topical treatment probably could be against psoriasis.
