摘要
本文以水性聚氨酯为改性剂对乳化沥青进行改性,运用相容剂等助剂提高了水性聚氨酯与沥青的相容性,并较为系统地研究了涂料的配方及其性能。当水性聚氨酯达到沥青质量的1/4后,粘结强度≥0.18MPa,拉伸强度≥0.68MPa,可作为一种“绿色”环保防水涂料进行推广。
Emulsified bitumen was modified with water-borne polyurethane as modifier, compatibility of water-bornepolyurethane with bitumen was enhanced with aids such as compatibilizer and formulation and performance of the coatingwas studied systematically. When water-borne polyurethane mass was 1/4 as much as bitumen mass , its cohesive strength≥0.18MPa, tensile strength ≥0.68MPa, thus the coating could be deployed as a 'green' environmentally friendly water-proof coating.
