摘要
目的 了解高强度电磁辐射军事作业人群的环境暴露现状及神经行为变化。方法 以成都军区某部队人群为调查对象 ,采用全向智能场强仪和噪声统计分析仪对军事作业现场的不同电磁辐射源和操作位环境进行漏能测试和噪音测试 ,观察作业环境的电磁污染和噪音污染现状 ;同时对高强度电磁辐射的暴露组和非暴露组人群进行现场问卷调查和神经行为功能测试。结果 作业场所的平均功率密度在 1 1~ 2 1 2mW /cm2 ,日累计照射剂量在 ( 4 95~ 95 4)mWh/cm2 。神经行为测试中情感状态项中的紧张 焦虑 (T)、疲惫 惰性 (F)、困惑 迷茫 (C)的得分明显高于非暴露组 ;目标追踪的正确点数、总点数和数字译码得分显著低于非暴露组。结论 该部队作业环境的电磁辐射强度已严重超出健康标准 ,作业人群情感行为和动作行为发生明显障碍 ,非常有必要及时采取有效的防护措施。
Objective To survey the current conditions of military task population exposed to high intensity electromagnetic radiation (HER) and the effects of HER on their neurobehavioral functions. Methods The subjects were the military task population who serve in Chengdu. The field intensity indicador and noise analyzer were employed for the examination of the electromagnetic energy intensity and noise value at the working sites of the military task population. In addition, questionnaires and neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB) were used to examine the subjects exposed to HER and the controls. Result At the spots of military task performance, the average electromagnetic power-density was about 1.1-21.2 mW/cm 2; the cumulative electromagnetic power density was about 4.95-95.4 mWh/cm 2 daily. Compared with those of the controls, the scores of some affective state items, such as tension-anxiety (T), fatigue-inertia (F), and confoundness-haziness (C) of the testees were higher, but the scores of some behavioral items, such as right scores, total scores, and figure coding number were lower. Conclusion The electromagnetic power density in the environment of the military task performers investigated is dangerously higher than the level of national hygiene standard. Task performers under such environment should be properly protected.
