摘要
以枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)T8(ade +his )为出发菌株,经紫外线诱变筛选到的突变株6 42培养24h后,菌体呈链状排列;在合成培养基中,不能同化D 葡萄糖酸、D 木糖、D 核糖和L 阿拉伯糖等必须经HMP途径进行代谢的碳源;在合成培养基中,利用葡萄糖的能力降低;培养基中芳香族氨基酸如L 色氨酸、L 酪氨酸和L 苯丙氨酸的含量影响着D 核糖的形成,其含量需严格控制。
Bacillus subtilis T8 which required adenosine and histidine was selected as the original strain. Mutant 6-42 which required shikimic acid for its growth was isolated by ultra voilet radiation. The mutant 6-42 took on a chainwise configuration after incubated for 24 hours. In the defined medium, the strain could not utilize D-gluconate, L-arabinose, D-xylose and D-ribose which must be catabolized through the oxidative pentose phosphate pathway, and its ability of utilizing D-glucose was decreased. The amount of aromatic amino acids such as L-tryptophan, L-tyrosine and L-phenylalanine was important for the accumulation of D-ribose, and its amount need to be controlled precisely.
