CALCULATION OF LOW PRESSURE CYLINDER EFFICIENCY IN SIMPLIFIED THERMAL PERFORMANCE TEST OF STEAM TURBINE

摘要 在汽轮机简化热力性能试验获得的有限试验数据基础上 ,根据有效做功系数和功率平衡方程可算出低压缸排汽焓和低压缸效率。算例表明 ,当机组实际运行状态下的主要参数和回热系统与原设计差别不大时 。 Based on the limited test data obtained from simplified thermal performance test of steam turbine, the exhaust steam enthalpy and the low pressure cylinder efficiency can be calculated on the basis of effective workdone factor and power balance equation. The example of calculation shows that the low pressure cylinder efficiency calculated by using the said method can satisfy the requirements of engineering calculation under actual unit operation condition having small difference of the main parameters and heatrecovery system with the original design.
