2008t/h四角切圆燃烧锅炉汽温偏低的原因分析及试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对某电厂 2 0 0 8t/h锅炉存在汽温偏低问题 ,对锅炉进行了热力计算和燃烧调整试验 ,进而进行了锅炉燃烧器布置调整 ,增加了后屏再热器的受热面积。计算和试验结果表明 :保持炉膛沾污系数为0 .3 5至 0 .4 5 ,过量空气系数为 1 .3左右 ,燃烧器上摆 8°至 1 6° ,关闭上层燃尽风 ,维持低氧量 ( 3 .0 % )运行 。 Directing against the problem of somewhat lower steam temperature existing on a 2008t/h boiler of one power plant, the arrangement of burners in the boiler has been adjusted, increasing the heating surface area of rear panel reheater, carrying out thermal calculation and combustion adjustment test for the said boiler. The results of calculation and test show that the following conditions are most helpful to enhance the main steam temperature: (1) contamination factor in the furnace to be maintained at 0.35~0.45; (2) coefficient of excess air to be about 1.3; (3) the upswing angle of the burner to be 8°~16°; (4) burnoff air in upper level to be closed, and oxygen content to be maintained at low level(3.0%). By means of adjusting swing angle of the burners and the spray type desuperheater, the said problems of main steam and reheated steam have been solved, enhancing the safety and economic behavior in operation of the unit.
