摘要
20世纪90年代以来跨国公司在华子公司逐步调整其成长与发展战略机制,建立和形成了子公司自身的竞争优势。本文从产业视角出发,在归纳分析跨国公司在华子公司发展战略研究的基础上,阐述了其战略角色的变迁,进而分析了跨国公司在中国大陆获得竞争优势的产业竞争战略,并归纳出由此产生的产业变迁模型。本文还对中国政府和本土企业如何应对跨国公司的产业竞争战略提出了建议。
Since the 1990s, the subsidiaries of multinational companies in China have gradually adjusted their development strategy mechanism to gain their own competitive advantage. From the industry perspective, on the basis of the induction and analysis of relative development strategy research, this paper expounds the evolvement in the strategy-roles of the subsidiaries of multinational companies in China. It further makes a study on the industry competition strategies that the subsidiaries of multinational companies in China have taken to obtain the competitive advantage and then it concludes the dynamic models of industry. Finally, this paper also proposes suggestions for the Chinese government and native business enterprises on how to react to the industry competition strategy of those multinational companies.
