摘要
目的 研究松科(Pinaceae)植物马尾松(Pinus,massoniana Lamb.)松针的化学成分。方法 利用Diaion HP-20,ToyopearlHW-40、硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 从马尾松松针水煎液的正丁醇部位分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为:开环异落叶松脂素(I),4-(41′-羟基-3′-甲氧基苯基)-2-丁醇(Ⅱ),4-对羟基苯基-2-丁醇(Ⅲ),伞花内酯(Ⅳ),原儿茶酸(Ⅴ)。结论 这5个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. METHODS: Various columns including Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification of compounds from pine needles. The structures of the compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of water-extracts, and their structures were identified as secoisolariciresinol(I), 4-(4′-hydroxyl-3′- methoxybenzyl)-2-butylalcohol(II), 4-(4′-hydroxybenzyl)-2- butylalcohol(III), umbelliferon (IV) and protocatechuic acid (V). CONCLUSION: All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
