摘要
介绍了乙烯装置急冷系统的工艺流程,运用PRO/Ⅱ软件对乙烯装置初分馏系统进行了模拟,其裂解气成分采用反推法获取。将模拟计算结果与汽油分馏塔实测值进行了比较,并对汽油分馏塔不同工艺下模拟计算值之间进行比较,提出了汽油分馏塔优化设计方案:将汽油分馏塔从下至上分为急冷油循环段、中质油循环段、轻柴油分离段和汽油分离段四段式结构。
The process of cooling system in ethylene unit was introduced, the primary fractionation system in the ethylene unit was simulated by using Pro/II software, and the components of pyrolytic gas were obtained by the backing-out method. The simulation results were compared with the actual measured data of the gasoline fractionation tower, the simulation values under different process conditions of the gasoline fractionation tower were compared too, and an improving design of the gasoline fractionation tower was proposed, namely, the gasoline fractionation tower was divided from down to up into four sections: the cooling oil recycling, moderate mass oil recycling, diesel oil separation and gasoline separation section.
