摘要
共产党执政离不开民主党派参政,参政能力建设是共产党执政能力建设的重要环节。执政的共产党要进一步提高执政水平和领导水平,不断促进多党合作和政治协商的制度化、规范化。各民主党派要努力加强参政党理论建设;转变思维方式,树立新的符合时代要求的参政意识;巩固和突出各党派的界别特点,形成具有特色的参政能力。
The Communist Party's being in power can't be separated from Democratic Party's participation in governmental and public affairs. The ability of participating in governmental and public affairs is an important aspect of construction of the communist Party's governing ability. The Commu-mist Party should further improve its ability of governing and leadership,and promote the cooperation among Parties and systematization and standardization of political negotiation constamtly. All Democratic Parties should make efforts to strengthen their theoretical construction,transform their ways of thinking,set up new conscionsness of participating in governmental and public affairs to meet the standards of modem era,and consolidate their features,in order to foster the characteristic ability of participating in governmental and public affairs.
