摘要
对原NHD脱碳工艺流程进行了改进 ,将低压闪蒸槽移至气提塔上部 ,并将其设计成为具有新型塔内件的高效规整填料塔 ,通过管路压力降的计算 ,取消了原流程中富液泵。结果表明 ,改进后CO2 纯度达到 98.5 % ,吨氨耗电降至 12 0kW·h ,耗NHD溶剂 0 .2kg/tNH3 。
Original NHD de-carbonization process flow was imp ro ved,the low-pressure flashing tank,which was designed to be a packing tower filling with high-effective and regular packing and having advanced internal, is removed to the top of gas stripper,through the calculation of pressure dro p of pipeline,liquid rich pump was cancelled in the original process. Result i ndicates that purity of CO 2 reaches to 98.5%,power consumption per ton of am monia is reduced to 120 kW·h,and consumption of NHD solvent is 0.2 kg per ton of ammonia.
