摘要
通过共混法制备MoO3/TiO2 催化剂 ,并在固定床反应器中进行了NH3选择性催化还原脱除NOx 的研究 .对于 1 0 0目的催化剂 ,在较低温度下 (≤ 5 83K) ,升高温度和降低空速 ,NOx 脱除率提高 ;在反应温度较高时 ,NH3氧化的副反应的影响加强 ,此时过度延长反应时间和提高反应温度反而会使NOx 脱除率降低 .在 5 83K和空速为 1 2kh- 4 时 ,NOx 转化率可达 92 %.FT IR光谱和XRD分析结果表明 ,MoO3形成分散相 ,均匀分布在TiO2 颗粒表面并形成稳定的MoO基 ,它的加入没有影响TiO2 (锐态矿型 )
Selective catalytic reduction NO x with NH 3 was conducted in fixed bed reactor catalyzed by MoO 3/TiO 2 which were prepared by mixing.For catalysts of 100 mesh,at lower temperature (lower than 583K)NO x conversion could be increased if the temperature was increased and the space velocuty was decreased,while at higher temperature side reaction of NH 3 oxidation was strenghthened and NO x conversion would be decreased if reaction time was overly lengthened and if reaction temperature was heightened.At 583K NO x conversion reached 92% when space velocity was 12kh -1 .Ahalytic results of FT IR spectrum and XRD showed that MoO 3 can be distributed evenly on the surface of TiO 2 particles which led to the formation of steadey MoO bond and that the addition of MoO 3 had no effect on the structure and topology of TiO 2(anatase).
