摘要 讨论了微波介质陶瓷中介电性的影响因素。其中本征因素是微波介质陶瓷的完美晶体中能获得的微波介电特性,其损耗是最低的,可由微波电场与晶体振动的非简谐性相互作用计算得出;非本征因素则包括有序-无序度、杂质、晶格缺陷、微结构及晶粒大小等诸多因素。研究了目前微波介质陶瓷的国内外现状,对其今后发展趋势做了讨论。 In this paper, the factors that influence the electronic characteristics of microwave dielectric ceramics are discussed. These factors include intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. The intrinsic loss, which is the loss in the ideal dielectric ceramics, gives us a lowest estimate of the loss that one can expect in a system. It can be calculated through the non-simple harmonic feature interaction between a microwave electric field and crystal vibration. The extrinsic factors include order-disorder degree, impurities, lattice imperfect, microstructure, additional phase and the size of grain. Through proper producing parameters and chemical sol-gel methods, one can improve the microwave characteristics of dielectric ceramics. Research on domestic and foreign development of microwave dielectric ceramics is introduced and future prospect is discussed.
