摘要 首先介绍了填充方钴矿类热电材料的电子结构特征,重点评述了方钴矿类热电材料的优化成分设计,并介绍了填充式 skutterudite 化合物能带结构的模拟计算、制备方法及其应用前景。 This paper introduces the electronic structural feature of filled skutterudite,focusing on relatedresearch development in composition optimization design of skutterudite thermoelectric materials.It also gives an in-troduction to energy band structure simulation of filled skutterudite compounds,their preparation and the potential ap-plication.
