摘要
塔河油田水平井由于第二次开钻裸眼段长 ,技术套管采用双级固井技术。第三次开钻为了更好地保护油气层 ,提高油气采收率 ,采用比较复杂的尾管 +筛管复合完井工艺 ,由于入井管串结构复杂 ,运用摩阻计算软件对扶正器最佳安放位置和下套管过程大钩载荷及摩阻进行设计计算 ,并制订了相应的配套技术措施 ,保证井下安全。同时优选水泥浆体系 ,选择合适的水泥外加剂 ,合理调整水泥浆流变性 ,提高了顶替效率。通过TK112H井的现场应用 ,施工顺利 ,效果良好 ,原钻机试油日产油 10 0余吨。
The two-stage cementing technique was used for the protective casing of the horizonal well in Tahe oil field because of a long open-hole interval in secondary spudding.In order to protect oil/gas formation and to enhance oil/gas recovery,the relatively complicated combination well completion technology of the liner increased by screen liner was adopted in tertiary spudding.Owing to the complicated tripping-in-hole string structure,the optimal setting position of centralizer and the hook load and frictional resistance in the course of running casing were designed and calculated by use of the frictional resistance calculation software,and the relevant matching technical measures were worked out so as to ensure the safety of downhole.The displacement efficiency was raised through optimizing slurry system,selecting suitable cement additives and adjusting reasonably slurry rheological property.This technology was applied to well TK112H,the work being smoothly carried out and a good result being achieved—the daily production of crude oil was more than 100 t through testing by the original drilling rig.
