介绍了经济性测量机机械部分及其数控部分的硬件设计,该测量机可作为CNC系统的配套设备,当机床完成零件加工后,由机械手将零件送到该装置上进行测量。该装置也可以独立工作,具有良好的容错和抗干扰能力。
It introduces the designs of economical measuring machine and the hardware of its numerical control part. This system can be used as a kit equipment of a CNC, and work independently. The practice shows that the equipment can permit and avoid mistakes well and has a good ability of anti-interference.
