摘要
目的 探讨老年人才资源开发的心理学依据。方法 比较不同年龄高、中低教育组间认知功能和心理健康水平 ,并分析年龄和教育两个因素对认知功能和心理健康状况的影响。结果 (1 )高教育老年人的认知功能相当或好于中低教育中年人 ;(2 )高教育老年人的心理健康状况较中低教育老年人好。结论 高教育老年人的认知功能和心理健康状况普遍良好 。
Objective To explore the psychological evidence of the development of aged talent resources.Methods The levels of cognitive function and mental health between well educated and poor educated groups of different age were compared, and influences of age and education factors of cognitive function and mental health were analyzed.Results (1) Cognitive function of well educated old subjects was better than or equal to that of poor educated middle aged subjects. (2) Mental health of well educated old subjects was better than that of poor educated old subjects.Conclusions The cognitive function and mental health of well educated elderly are in a relatively good situation, which provides related psychological evidence for the development of aged talent resources in China.
