摘要
建立反相HPLC法测定天麻中药材中天麻素的含量;采用迪马公司钻石柱(250mm× 4.6mm,5μm);流动相:V(乙腈)∶V(H2O)=10∶90。检测波长270nm。天麻素在0.05～0.8g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.02%,RSD为0.80%(n为5)。并首次从天麻素对照品中分离得一未知组分峰。方法准确,重现性好,简便、快速。
A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the concentration of gastrodin in Traditional Chinese Medicine Gastrodiae. Result showed that the method was accurate and reliable with the average recovery of 99.02% and the RSD of 0.70 (n= 5). An unknown component was separated from gastrodin standard for the first time.
