摘要
目的 探讨氧疗对高原失血性休克兔的治疗作用。方法 15只家兔随机分为实验组和对照组。模拟高原环境 ,低压舱减压至海拔 4 0 0 0m ,将动物股动脉放血使其MAP降至 5 .33kPa(4 0mmHg) ,实验组动物给予 80 %O2 吸入和抗休克治疗 ;对照组只给予抗休克治疗 ,动态测定两组动物的心肌收缩性能、动脉血气 ,并观察存活率。结果 与对照组相比 ,氧疗能显著提高实验组动物的PaO2 、SaO2 、HCO3 -、PaCO2 ,减轻代谢性酸中毒 ;同时 ,还可以显著提高实验组动物的MAP、LVSP和±dp/dtmax(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善心肌收缩性能 ;明显提高动物的治疗后 8h存活率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 氧疗对高原失血性休克的救治具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of oxygen therapy in the treatment of high altitude hemorrhagic shock in rabbits.Methods Fifteen rabbits were exposed to a simulated 4 000m high altitude in a hypobaric chamber and randomized into two groups of trial and control. Hemorrhagic shock was induced through bleeding to 5.33Kpa of MAP.After 1 hour,the rabbits were reperfused with blood and balanced saline; in addition, the trial group was administered oxygen therapy.Results Compared with the control group,PaO 2,SaO 2,HCO 3 -,PaCO 2 of the trial group increased significantly.Oxygen therapy decreased metabolic acidosis.MAP,LVSP,±dp/dtmax of the trial group increased significantly in comparison with the control group. Myocardial contraction improved well. After 8 h treatment, the survival rate of the trial group was much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Oxygen therapy played an important role in the treatment of high altitude hemorrhagic shock in rabbits.
