摘要
本校在前四届毕业生中开展了为期 2个月的毕业生就业前职业技能培训 ,内容包括 :印刷包装、工艺美术、缝纫、理发、手工饰品的制作、自行车修理等。结果表明 :准备式就业教育模式 ,不但在理论上可行 ,而且在实际运用中既对毕业前聋生进行了系统性地劳动技能训练 ,而且培养了聋生就业前良好的择业心态 ,取得了较好的经济和社会效应 ,对毕业生进入社会后择业、就业产生了积极有益的影响 ,真正使其成为“能自食其力 ,服务于社会的有用型残疾人才”。
A 2-month vocational skills training program before graduation was conducted for 4 academic years, including printing and packaging, arts and crafts, sewing, hairdressing, ornaments hand-making, bicycle repairing, etc. The results showed that the pattern made a positive impact on students’ employment.
