The paper introduces systematically a design process about a new-type automobile tail gas outer purifier that its absorbent is the NHD liquid.Based on it,analyses detailed the design topic,sets forth the design road-line;chooses its material,checks its structure and makes its structural design.Based on what was given before,primarily the combination of the principle of injection-confection and catalytic conversion method,one new sample is design concretely and systematically.2figs.,11refs.
