铜绿假单胞菌生物膜耐药性机制及防治 被引量:19

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌依靠藻酸盐聚集为具有三维空间结构的生物膜 ,在生物膜内 ,细菌之间通过接合作用来实现信息的传导。红霉素能抑制鸟甘酸二磷酸甘露糖脱氢酶 ( guanosinediphospho -d -mannosedehydrogenase ,GMD)的产生 ,并呈剂量依赖性 ,大环内酯类抗生素能有效地增强多形中性粒细胞 (polymorphonuclearleukocytes ,PMNs)对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的吞噬作用 。
