摘要
列举了目前高校师资队伍中存在的诸如师资队伍不尽合理、青年骨干教师流失严重等问题 ;对高校师资队伍的建设与管理提出了制定高校教师培养规划、完善教师职务评聘和评价机制等方面的改革发展思路。其目的是敦促高校管理当局加强和重视高校师资队伍的建设与管理 ,提高高校师资队伍的整体素质和学术水平 。
The author analyzes the current situation of the teaching staffs at universities. The eight problems existed in the teaching staffs and administrative structures are illustrated, such as unreasonable consititution of the teaching staffs and serious loss of the young teachers, etc.Furthermore, the general ideas of reformation and improvement are put forward focusing on the 7 factors, such as establishing cultivation project to teachers, improving the system of estimate and engagement of teacher's post and rank. The purpose of the arguments in this paper is to appeal to the administrators of universities for enhancing the administrative level and attaching importance to the construction and administration for the teaching staffs,improving the diathesis and scholarships of the whole staffs, and fulfilling the tasks of cultivating creationary talents and creating highly new knowledge of science and technology.
