摘要
目的 了解高中教师的应对方式及其对心理健康的影响,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法 用应对方式问卷(CSQ)、SCL-90量表,对南阳市、洛阳市5所高中的200名教师进行调查。结果 高中教师使用最多的应对方式是解决问题应对方式;高中女教师采用求助和幻想应对方式得分高于男教师;老教师应用合理化应对方式的得分高于中青年教师;相关结果显示,应对方式与心理健康间存在着高度的相关。结论 解决问题的积极应对方式对提高高中教师的心理健康水平非常有帮助。
Objective To study the coping style and its effect on mental health of teachers in senior middle school . Methods 200 teachers of five senior middle school in Nanyang and Luoyang were investigated by Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) . Results Most of our subjects took problem-solving coping style; seeking help and illusion coping style scores of female were higher than male 's ; Rationlization coping style scores of older teachers were the highest among three groups ;There was a high correlation between coping styles and mental health. Conclusion For teachers in senior middle school,their problem-solving coping style is of much help to their mental health .
