摘要
提出一种基于编码有向图的企业过程表示与识别方法。基于图论思想,把企业过程表示成一种带约束的有向图形式,然后通过强支和虚拟因果次序的概念分别得出该有向图的简化表示形式和编码因果图形式,这种表示描述了企业过程的基本活动之间一种符号唯一的图形表示形式,给出了虚拟因果次序下企业过程中各基本活动发生的先后次序,可以帮助企业管理人员或企业资源规划实施人员容易地消除冗余或不增值的活动,实现企业过程的正确划分。最后,引入一个企业中采购业务过程的案例来说明所提方法的有效性。
This paper proposes an approach to identification and representation of enterprise processes based on numbered inference graphs. Using Graph Theory, enterprise processes can be transformed into constraint directed graphs. Also the paper introduces methods for obtaining simplified graphs and numbered causation graphs. The presentation provides fundamental activities and their relationship in enterprise processes with unique graph symbols, gives the order in which the fundamental activities act with the hypothesis of mythical causality,removessuperfluous unreasonable activities and realizes correctly the division of enterprise processes. The method is demonstrated with a case of making purchases in anenterprise, which proves the effectiveness of the method.
