摘要
近期来,由于两次燃油涨价引起的冲击,在国际上船用低速大功率二冲程柴油机动力装置为了节省燃油,纷纷采用轴带发电机、动力涡轮或两者兼用。但是,最近国际燃油价格回跌,而钢材等原材料不断涨价,以致机械设备制造成本和价格都大幅度地上升;这些装置使动力装置复杂化,在管理上带来困难,在节能和经济上是否合算,需进行综合的经济分析论证。因而,本文就此作一简要的性能和经济性分析,对采用这些装置是否经济重新给予评价。
This paper gives a comprehensive economical evaluation for the main engine driven generator and power turbine, including initial investment, fuel cost, etc. The energy-saving effects of these systems are confirmed. But contrary to the generally accepted ideas, the author comes to a conclusion that only under the conditions of higher fuel cost, lower initial investment and higher power turbine output, the adoption of these systems is feasible.
