丹参对老龄小鼠超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化脂质含量影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法和TBA比色法测定丹参(生药4.2·1g/kg)对老龄小鼠红细胞、肝中SOD活性和血清、肝中LPO含量的影响。结果表明:丹参能显著提高老龄小鼠红细胞、肝中SOP活性(P<0.01),在同一老龄小鼠中也相应地显著降低血清,肝中LPO含量(P<0.01)。与维生素E比较作用稍强。 40 eldesly mice were selected and divided into five groups at random: salviae miltior- rhizae 4g/kg、2g/kg、1g/kg groups, vitamine E group and control group. After continuous administration to the mice for 4 weeks, activities of red cells and SOD in liver, blood serm and LPO Content in liver were measured by modified self--oxidization of Acanthopanax and TBA chromatometry, The results showed that salviae miltiorrhizae obviously raised the ac- tivites of the red cells and the SOD in the liver. In addition, it significantly reduced blood serum and LPO content in liver.
