摘要
行政伦理思想是儒家学说的一个重要组成部分。儒家以内圣外王为理想诉求 ,以以民为本为核心 ,以修身正己为关键 ,以礼法并用为保证 ,构成自己的行政伦理思想体系。认真梳理和全面解读儒家行政伦理思想的基本内涵 ,对于当前中国行政伦理建设有着重要的借鉴意义。
The administrative ethics is one of the most important parts of Confucianism.I ts essence consists of the following basic ideas:if one is best qualified to be king,he must have righteousness in his heart ,be able to put the people first,an d equally value the ethical codes and laws in ruling his kingdom.Today a close s tudy and a good mastery of the ethics will be beneficial to the theoretic constr uction of the contemporary China's administration.
