摘要
本文以我国沪深两市A股上市公司为研究对象,采用实证研究方法,分析了公司业绩评价中新出现的EVA指标及传统会计评价指标与市场增加值的相关关系,并通过因子分析从这些指标变量中提取出三个公因子,其分别从经济价值、会计收益和现金流量三个角度反映出原有变量的主要特征。建议在上市公司业绩评价指标体系中引入基于经济价值的指标,以更好地反映公司的经营业绩水平。
This study empirically examines the value-relevance of EVA and traditional performance measurement on all the listed companies in China′s A shares market and, through factor analysis, gets three factors, which characterize the performance measurements from the viewpoints of economic earnings, accounting profit and operating cash flow respectively. It is suggested that the measurement based on economic profit should be introduced into performance measurement system of listed companies.
