摘要 分析了DN100以下热镀锌给水钢管热镀锌层与LLDPE涂层粘结力差的原因,比较了热镀锌钢管内壁预处理两种方法的优缺点。采用特殊磷化工艺处理,内涂LLDPE塑膜,解决了热镀锌层涂LLDPE塑膜附着力差的技术难题。指出热镀锌钢管生产企业,只需少量投资,即可生产高层防震建筑用高效、卫生的给水管。 Analyzed is the cause for the unsatisfactory bonding of the LLDPE coating with the inner galva- nized surface of the hot-galvanized steel pipes under DN100. The respective advantages and disadvantages of the two pre-coating treatment processes for the inner surface of the said pipes are compared, based on which result, the said chronic technical problem concerning the LLDPE bonding is fixed by means of special phosphorization of the pipe prior to the plastic coating. It is concluded that thanks to the said solution, only small investment needs for hot-galvanized steel tube makers to produce hi-efficiency and health-friendly water pipes for antiearth quake high-rise buildings.
