半空心铆钉自冲铆接工艺的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 自冲铆接是一种很有潜力的连接工艺,本文采用3种不同尺寸的半空心铆钉,对4种不同物质、不同厚度的板料进行了自冲铆接试验;提供了铆接过程中的力-行程试验曲线和铆接的单位成形力,并进行了分析;展示出铆接试验结果,分析了影响铆接质量的诸因素;指出了需要继续做的研究工作和应用前景。 Self-piercing riveting is a potential join technique. This paper describes self-piercing riveting tests used with half-hollow rivets of three different dimensions in four kinds of plates of different materials and thicknesses. The load-stroke curves and unit riveting force in ri eting are obtained and analyzed. Experimental results are presented- factors and their effects on quality of riveting are discussed and analysed- further research and application are given.
