摘要
目的 了解药物所致急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的临床特点 ,提高防治水平。方法 分析我院 1995年～ 2 0 0 2年收治药物所致ARF 31例的临床表现、治疗及转归。结果 治愈 2 5例 ,占 80 .7% ,好转 2例 ,占 6 .5 % ,自动出院 1例 ,占 3.2 % ,死亡 3例 ,占 9.6 %。结论 药物所致ARF的发病率日益增多 ,但只要诊断及时、准确 ,治疗恰当 ,大多预后良好。
Aim In order to improve the levels of prevention and tharapy,the clinical characteristics in patients with acute renal failure(ARF) due to medicine were evaluated.Methods The clinical information of 31 cases,from 1995 to 2002,with ARF caused by medicine were analysed,including treatment and prognosis.Results 25 cases restored health(80.7%),2 cases showed improvement(6.5%),1 case automatic discharged(3.2%),3 cases died(9.6%).Conclusion Attacking rate of ARF caused by medicine is growing in number Increasingly.As long as we diagnosis in time and accurately,treat appropriate,most of them are favourable prognosis.
