摘要
通过溶液培养,研究不同浓度镉(Cd2+ 0~10.0mg/L)对水稻幼苗部分生理特性的影响.结果表明,镉胁迫下,水稻幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量及硝酸还原酶活性显著增加, 幼苗叶片N、P、 K含量显著增加,而叶片中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn含量显著降低。
The nutient solution culture was conducted to study the effect of Cd2+ treatment (0,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0mg/L) on some physiological characteristics of rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedlings. The results showed that Cd2+ treatment increased soluble protein content, proline content and nitrate reductase activity in leaves significantly. The content of N, P, K in leaves was also significantly increased, while the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn was decrased significantly in leaves of rice seedlings under Cd2+ stress.
