摘要
The polysaccharide and amino acid ingredients of 8 species in Dendrobium Sw. and Flickingeria A. D. Hawkes were analysed.\ TheresultsshowedthatDendrobiumhercoglossumRchb. f.contained the highest quantity of polysaccharide (30.56%), but D. terminale Par. et Rchb. had the least quantity (8.97%). Flickingeria fimbriata (Bl.) Hawkes contained the highest quantity of total amino acids (19.922 9 mg·g-1). The contents of aspartic acid and glutamic acid were rich in all species and leucine had the largest proportion (27%) in the total essential amino acids (no including tryptophan)
