摘要
从云南省10个地州40个县市的水稻白叶枯病标本中分离纯化得到115个水稻白叶枯病菌株。利用已知抗性基因的近等基因系,在孕穗期应用剪叶法接种明确其生理小种。并筛选出一套鉴别品种IRBB1,IRBB3,IRBB4,IRBB5,IRBB7,IRBB13,IRBB14,IRBB18,IRBB21.云南省的水稻白叶枯病菌小种组成复杂,有自身的特殊性。已鉴定出25个小种,暂定名为YN1~YN25.优势生理小种为YN1,YN13,YN21,其中YN13分布于楚雄、玉溪、红河、丽江等4个地区共8县(市),YN21分布于大理、红河等地区。云南的小种多样性分布可能与它的地理条件有关。
One hundred and fifteen strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae (Xoo)on rice were collected from 40 counties in Yunnan Province. Based on virulence analysis using a set of near-isogenic lines,each harboring a single resistance gene,the uppermost fully open leaves were inoculated by clipping method. Nine rice near-isogenic lines were selected as a set of differential varieties for identifing Xoo pathotype(race) including IRBB1,IRBB3,IRBB4,IRBB5, IRBB7,IRBB13,IRBB14,IRBB18 and IRBB21. The strains were grouped into 25 races, designated YN1-N25 tentatively.Among them YN1,YN13 and YN21 were predominant. The race YN13 strains distributed in 8 counties of Chixiong,Yuxi,Honghe,Lijiang cities; The race YN21 strains distributed in Dali and Honghe prefecture and so on. The diversity and distribution of Xoo race in Yunnan were proably associated with the geographical conditions
